Shirene Rifai is a fashion entrepreneur, luxury consultant, and Founder & CEO of Jordan Fashion Week (JFW). Named one of Forbes Middle East’s Top 5 Fashion Innovators 2024, she is recognized for championing emerging designers and taking Jordanian talent to the world stage.

Her initiatives include JFW’s showcase during Paris Couture Week, UNESCO Arab Week in Paris, Rome and St. Petersburg Fashion Week, positioning fashion as a tool for cultural diplomacy and creative exchange. A former Fashion Editor and Editor-in-Chief, she has launched six publications and consults for global brands on brand strategy and growth.

Passionate about sustainability, she founded the Born Again upcycling initiative and works closely with UNHCR and NGOs to empower designers, preserve heritage, and drive social impact.
