Yulia Golubeva holds the position of Deputy CEO of Gazprom-Media Holding. She is a member of the Cinema Fund Council, a member of the Board of Directors of Roskino, Vice President of the Russian Association of Radio Broadcasters, and a member of a number of professional associations, including the Public Council under Roskomnadzor, the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology and Communications, and the Competition Committee of the ANO IRI. She was awarded the Order of Friendship for her services to the development of the media and many years of conscientious work, as well as numerous other awards.
