Thalyta Ferraz is Senior Advisor for Institutional Relations at the Brazilian Fashion Council, an international relations specialist working at the intersection of public policy, culture, the creative economy, and international affairs. She previously worked in city diplomacy for the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro and led fashion and institutional relations projects at IARA. She is also an Advisor to the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching and Research at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio (PUC-Rio), where she previously worked at the BRICS Policy Center, the university’s think tank dedicated to BRICS and global affairs (2017–2022).
