I come from the USSR... My career reflects the best traditions of the Soviet era, as they say, “from a worker to a factory director.” The first place of work is an art school, then a teacher and a deputy. Director of Science at the College of Arts, associate professor at the University where she taught art history, Head of the literary part of the Philharmonic, where she led a series of lectures on art. Having accumulated a wide range of experience in the field of culture, she won a competition for the Government of the Tula region and became the Minister of Culture of the region. Over the years, I have been responsible for tourism, archival affairs and the protection of cultural heritage. The experience I have gained has created the foundation for me to manage a serious federal cultural institution, namely, the Museum of Decorative Arts. This museum is close to my heart. Its collection has no historical boundaries. It is enriched with both antique objects and works by contemporary masters of decorative arts. The museum must be relevant, interesting, and in demand. This is the most important thing!
