
Rybkina
Tatyana Rybkina is a Russian cultural manager, art historian, and museum sector leader who spent many years working in the cultural sphere of the Tula region before being appointed Director of the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Art in July 2025. She is a graduate of the Tula Music College and the Ural Conservatory, completed her postgraduate studies at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, and holds the academic degree of Candidate of Art History. Rybkina possesses not only an academic background but also a track record of significant managerial achievements. With her involvement, large-scale cultural projects were implemented in the Tula region—including the restoration of the Tula Kremlin and the creation of a modern repository featuring restoration workshops and exhibition halls—while the region itself significantly strengthened its standing within the country's museum sector.
