I am the co-founder of ESTE multi-brand stores. Since 2023, more than 30 Russian clothing and accessories brands have been represented in Kazakhstan. The concept of the network is aimed at developing the local fashion market, popularizing Russian designers and creating a modern fashion environment for Kazakhstani buyers.

My professional career in fashion retail began in 2013. During this time, I have held senior positions in international companies and gained significant experience in the strategic management of retail chains. In particular, as Regional Director of the Next and OVS brands, I oversaw operational development, team management, and the implementation of effective business strategies. I am also a member of international buyers and have been creating collections since 2013.

Today, our key task is to further develop ESTE stores, open new points of sale in Kazakhstan, expand our partner base and increase the recognition of Russian brands in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
