Born on August 7, 1989 in Moscow. Graduated from the Russian State University of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation (2011), the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation (2017). Candidate of Legal Sciences. From 2011 to 2016, she worked in various positions in the Office of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow. From 2017 to 2018, she launched and supported infrastructure projects in the form of public-private partnerships as the head of the department of the National Center for PPP Development.

From November 2018 to September 2024, she held the position of Head of the Department of Technological Infrastructure Development of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow. In September 2024, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow. Oversees issues of innovation, technological infrastructure, venture financing.
