Evgenia Ezhikova is an expert in creative management and strategic communications, founder of es–sence easy impact, and adviser to the General Director of the National Centre for Industrial Design LAB 20/50.

From 2010 to 2024, she worked at the Artemy Lebedev Studio, in recent years as Director of the Studio. She works on projects at the intersection of design, business, territorial development, and communications.
