Vitaly Stepanov has held senior positions in finance, public and corporate management for over 15 years, including at the Rosatom State Corporation, Vnesheconombank and the Moscow City Industrial Development Agency. He holds a PhD in Economics and a degree from Moscow State University in Public Administration.

As CEO of ANO MEC, Vitaly Stepanov provides:

• management of the company with a total of 212 employees;
• implementation of export support measures for Moscow businesses;
• development and implementation of special projects aimed at increasing the foreign trade potential of Moscow companies;
• assistance in entering foreign markets for over 1,000 enterprises; ANO Moscow Export Center (MEC) is a development institute created by decision of the Moscow Government with the aim of facilitating the export of Moscow goods (works, services), finding foreign partners, organizing business missions and congress and exhibition events.
