Samandar Saraev is the founder and CEO of the production center SAMANS PRD. He promotes Uzbek designers on international fashion platforms and organizes runway shows that blend fashion with Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage. Since 2022, he has collaborated with over 50 designers. He holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Through his work, he fosters cultural diplomacy via fashion and helps local brands enter new markets.
