Ruslan Anatolyevich Babintsev is the executive director of Motorika, a manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in management and innovation.

He graduated with honors from the A.F. Mozhaisky Military Engineering and Space Academy in the specialty "Automatic control systems for spacecraft". He completed various retraining and advanced training courses (AND, EMBA); he is currently studying in the MBA program at Lomonosov Moscow State University "Strategic Management". Since 2000, he has worked in various commercial companies and corporations, going from a manager to a department director (Nienschanz, General Satellite (Tricolor)). In 2016, he acted as an investor in the start-up company producing hand prostheses, Motorika. Since 2018, he has been the executive director of Motorika and a member of the board of directors of the MK Homo Auktus group of companies. In 2025, he joined the board of directors of the company "Special Equipment Plant".
