Mustafa Cem Altan is an experienced leader in the global textile and apparel industry, with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, international trade and industry representation. He served as President of the International Apparel Federation (IAF) from 2021 to 2025, representing the interests of the global apparel industry and promoting international cooperation.

He has also been actively involved in the development and promotion of the Turkish fashion industry, including Istanbul Fashion Week and Koza Young Designers. Today, he continues to contribute to international discussions on global sourcing, trade, sustainability and the transformation of the apparel industry.
