Maxim Lazarev (b. 1978) is the Vice President of the BRICS Beauty Industry Professionals Association (ABP BRICS) and a session hair artist with over 30 years of industry experience. He works at the intersection of hair art, fashion, and visual culture, creating original collections as well as educational and creative projects. He is also an international expert and competition judge. His career includes work on runway shows for Paco Rabanne, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Valentin Yudashkin, and Vyacheslav Zaitsev, as well as Moscow Fashion Weeks (including events at the Rossiya Concert Hall) and his own signature hair shows. He has also worked on shoots and campaigns for L’Oréal, Keune, and Russian brands, and is a participant in the One Shot Hair Awards. He focuses on advancing professional education and fostering international collaboration in the space where beauty and fashion converge.
