Ilgiz Fazulzyanov is the most decorated Russian jewellery artist. For more than thirty years, Ilgiz has been creating remarkable pieces that astonish professionals, collectors, and admirers of jewellery art alike. His creative path is equally impressive. Having started out without specialised jewellery skills or favourable starting opportunities, he pursued self-education in the jewellery craft with great zeal.

His artistic education, heightened sense of beauty, and incredible work ethic did not allow him to limit himself to basic skills. He undertook unique work to revive ancient, almost lost, techniques of Bulgar jewellery-making and reproduced historically accurate pieces, which became an important contribution to the history of jewellery art in the Republic of Tatarstan and Russia.

Wishing to master every possible jewellery technique, he never stopped trying new things in his craft. Working with enamel was one such step and opened up limitless creative possibilities.
