Graduated from Moscow State Law Academy (MGUA) with a degree in Civil Law.
She has devoted more than 20 years to intellectual property management in the creative industries.
She began her legal career in the television and radio licensing department at the Ministry of Press and Information.
She fought piracy in the music industry as an employee of The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).
She headed the legal department of the Europa Plus radio holding.
She managed the legal department at the international advertising agency EMCG/Russia. She progressed from manager to business partner and created a system of training sessions and seminars for employees and executives in the creative industries on rights compliance and the protection of creative ideas in advertising practice.
As a producer, she presented projects at pitch sessions for international platforms (Apple, Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon, Peacock, FX, Showtime, AMC, Epix, and others).
She produced two series for the streaming service Okko.
She currently heads and develops IPEX — a digital platform that automates intellectual property transactions: from generating contracts tailored to specific terms to online payment.
She believes in simplifying complex processes, even in the field of IP.
