Professional Experience: As the leader of the "Chemistry and New Materials" business line, he is responsible for implementing the strategy for low- and medium-tonnage chemicals—a priority area for the RUSNANO Group. He heads Akrilan (part of the RUSNANO Group), a leading player in the Russian market for water-based polymer dispersions. Previously, he led the Chemical Industry Competence Center at the Agency for Technological Development (under the Ministry of Industry and Trade), an organization established to implement the objectives of the "New Materials and Chemistry" national project.

Expert Activities: Member of expert councils on chemical industry development under the Government of the Russian Federation and the State Duma of the Russian Federation; Expert contributor to industry-specific (chemical sector) information portals and publications.
