From 2016 to 2018, she served as PR Director at the financial holding company GL Financial Group. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2021, she managed external and internal communications at Crocus Group. From 2021 to 2023, she headed the Public Relations Department at the autonomous non-profit organization Dialog. For the following two years, she was responsible for regional development at DOM.RF. In 2025, she assumed the role of Deputy CEO for Marketing and Strategic Communications at Russian Media Group.

She is the creator of the Telegram channel "V Adekvate" (and the "MAX" project), which focuses on sports and healthy living based on evidence-based medicine principles.
