Born on December 1, 1974. In September 2016, he was appointed First Deputy Head, and later Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of the City of Moscow. On September 21, 2018, he was appointed Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow, where he was engaged in the development of innovations, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the formation of an infrastructure and support system for creative industries in the capital. On September 27, 2023, he was appointed Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Culture of the City of Moscow. He was awarded the Gratitude of the Federal Agency for State Property Management, the Gratitude of the Mayor of Moscow, and was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation.
