Albert's career is a unique experience in brand transformation and retail scaling at the international level. Under his leadership, more than 350 stores were opened and transformed in countries such as Russia, Italy, the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia) and Poland.
The key stages of his career that define his expertise:
International experience: He began his career at the Polish brand TATUUM, where in 8 years he went from a decorator to a regional visual merchandiser throughout Russia, adapting European standards to the local market.
Working with Italian brands: As Area Commercial Manager, he managed the development of the Italian brand Terranova (GRUPPO TEDDY) in the markets of the Russian Federation, the CIS and the EU, including the opening of a flagship store in Italy.
Management of large retail chains: Managed visual strategies at Tashir Group (65 stores, brands Levi's, Diesel, L.K.Bennett, Baldinini, Incanto) and Concept Group (230 stores in Russia and the CIS).
